Poor Lil Mommi! We've been trying to get to the beach since we got her new board! We got it on Independence Day (thank God for Craig's list and the young man who was motivated to sell his beautiful board!). So, we go to the beach after church on Sunday..ack..not only are you only allowed to surf Fri - Sun before 11 and after 3, on certain parts of the beach..but it was kinda cold and then there was the Thunder bolts and lightening, very very frightening... :)
We finally have a really nice day yesterday, despite all the warnings that it was going to rain all week. Monday was gorgeous (but Lil Mommi had hula). SO..Lil Mommi got through all her chores as quickly as possible and I wrapped up work as quickly as I could. We ran out and did a few important errands on our way to the beach....and then we got there..yikes!
**sigh** we will get her out there and in the water on a nice Sunny day soon, I just know it!
